Mr. Hewitt is a life-long resident of Westmoreland County and has been practicing in the County for over 35 years. His work in the areas of municipal law, eminent domain and condemnation has included multiple municipalities, property owners, engineers and developers. For 12 years, Mr. Hewitt served as a Chairman of the Board of Viewers in Westmoreland County to consider eminent domain claims. Mr. Hewitt serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Lawyers Abstract Company of Westmoreland County.
Mr. Hewitt is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Westmoreland County Bar Association and serves as the Chairman of the Association’s Municipal Law Committee.
