Leslie was born August 25, 1945 in Claridge, PA. He has three children, Jessica Murphy, Amanda McCullough and Alicia Michel and six grandchildren.
He received his license to practice law from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1970. He also had a license to practice law from the state of Wisconsin, which is now retired.
He currently works for Avolio Law Group.
